My sound isn’t working when I enter the Virtual Community Centre, what do I do?

This article describes what to check if you have no audio in the Virtual Community Centre.

If you're having trouble connecting, it might be because the 'connect using wifi' option isn't selected. No worries! Just tap on 'connect to audio using wifi' located near the microphone icon. On Inclusee tablets, you’ll usually find this in the bottom left corner, although it might look a bit different on other devices.

You might also want to check if you’re on mute—look for a line over the microphone icon. If that’s the case, just tap the microphone to unmute yourself! And don’t forget to check your volume; on Inclusee tablets, the volume buttons are conveniently located on the side and marked with 'vol up – down'.
