My screen/device/interface looks completely different to usual, what do I do?

If your screen layout has suddenly changed and looks completely different, the most likely cause is that an update has cause it to revert to the inbuilt interface.

If your screen layout suddenly looks different and all the shortcuts and buttons on your screen are different and perhaps you background has changed this is likely because the tablet has defaulted to the inbuilt interface (called TouchWiz). At Inclusee we use a different interface (either Nova Launcher on older tablets or Microsoft Launcher on tablets post November 2023) The reason we do this is because is allows us to make icons and text on the screen much bigger and it allows for a much cleaner layout to the default.

 

If for any reason your device has defaulted back to the TouchWiz interface opening either Nova Launcher or Microsoft Launcher from your app screen (sometimes called the app draw) then selecting it as your default will return your layout to how it was previously.
