My device is not turning on, what should I do?
What to do if you are trying to turn on the device but it is still not working.
If you are sure the device is charged keep holding down the power button for another minute or so. If you are having trouble pushing down the button consider using the side of a pen or your stylus to assist with applying pressure. If it still doesn’t turn on then get in contact with your CSO and they will arrange a ticket and a time for a call with the tech support team.
