How do I update my personal and contact details?

How to update your personal information

Follow the steps below to update your details:

Step 1. Select the My Account tab

Click on the My Account tab in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Step 2. Select Update My Details

On the My Account page, click the Update My Details button.

Step 3. Choose which information you would like to update.

You’ll be taken to a page where you can update the following information:

• Contact Information

In this section, you can update your contact information including your email address, home address, and phone or mobile number. Click on the Save Information button to save any changes you have made.

• Personal Information

In this section, you can update your personal information, including details such as your name and date of birth. Click on the Save Information button to save any changes you have made.

• Emergency Contact.                                                                                             

In this section, you can update your emergency contact information. Click on the Save Information button to save any changes you have made.
If you have clicked on 'Update My Details' but do not wish to make any changes, click on any of the tabs in the navigation bar to exit the 'Update My Details' page.
