How do I update my personal and contact details?
This article shows how to update your personal contact details.
How to Update Your Personal Information.
Follow the steps below to update your details:
- Login to your Inclusee account and click on ‘My Account’ in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

- On the My Account page, click the ‘Update My Details’ button.

- You’ll be taken to a page where you can update your:
- Contact Information.
In this section, you can update your contact information including your email address, home address, and phone or mobile number. Click on the 'Save Information' button to save any changes you have made.

- Personal Information. In this section, you can update your personal information. Click on the 'Save Information' button to save any changes you have made.


- Emergency Contact. In this section, you can update your emergency contact information. Click on the 'Save Information' button to save any changes you have made.

- Contact Information.
- If you have clicked on 'Update My Details' but do not wish to make any changes, click on any of the tabs in the navigation bar to exit the 'Update My Details' page.

After saving your changes to either Contact Information, Personal Information or Emergency Contact Information, you might have to refresh the 'My Account' page a couple of times for the changes to display. You can refresh the 'My Account' page by clicking on the 'My Account' tab located in the navigation bar.
